Orders must be placed through our official website or verified contact numbers. Once the order is confirmed, a confirmation message will be sent via WhatsApp, SMS, or email. Bulk/customized orders should be placed at least 3–5 days in advance.
All prices are listed in INR and are inclusive of applicable taxes. Prices may vary depending on seasonal ingredient availability.
We accept payments via UPI, Bank Transfer, and other digital methods. Cash on Delivery (COD) is currently not available. Orders are processed only after successful payment.

Due to the perishable nature of our products, returns or exchanges are not allowed. In case of any product damage or quality issue, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos and details. Refunds or replacements will be issued only after investigation and confirmation.
Orders once placed cannot be cancelled or modified after 2 hours of confirmation. In case of unavoidable circumstances, cancellation requests may be considered at our discretion.
